    About the Role
    You’ll be the creative force behind Endora’s voice across social channels—crafting content that inspires reflection, sparks connection, and grows our community.
    This is not about pumping out endless short-form for the algorithm. It’s about creating share-worthy, soul-worthy content that aligns with our mission and helps people fall in love with what we’re building.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

    • Turn app features, nostalgic science, and user stories into engaging posts, carousels, videos, and live sessions.

    • Capture and repurpose event moments, behind-the-scenes, and founder insights.

    • Build interactive campaigns (e.g., “Memory Mondays”) that encourage audience participation.

    • Collaborate with product and events teams to ensure content reflects launches and key moments.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Proven success creating and growing social communities (bonus: wellness, gaming, or mission-driven brands).

    • Strong visual and storytelling skills; comfort with Canva/Adobe tools and mobile editing apps.

    • Empathy for users and a genuine love of our mission.

    • A knack for turning complex ideas (like nostalgic reflection science) into relatable, inspiring content.

    Type: Full-time / Founding Engineering Role

    About the Role
    We are looking for an experienced AI engineer—ideally with background at OpenAI, xAI, DeepMind, Anthropic, or equivalent—to lead the technical architecture for Endora Social, our multiplayer “Memories Only” platform.

    You will design and oversee the systems that power memory curation, on-device personalization, and AI-assisted gameplay—while maintaining privacy by default and ethical AI standards.

    What You’ll Do

    • Architect and implement the tech stack for Endora Social, from backend infrastructure to AI pipelines.

    • Lead development of AI models for image understanding, contextual memory matching, and reflective gameplay mechanics.

    • Champion privacy-first, low-latency solutions (including on-device processing where possible).

    • Work closely with the product team to bring Light UX principles into technical reality.

    • Establish engineering culture, best practices, and scalable systems for future growth.

    What You’ll Bring

    • 5+ years in applied AI/ML, including large-scale production systems.

    • Hands-on experience with multimodal models, computer vision, and personalization algorithms.

    • Strong backend engineering and architecture skills (e.g., Python, Go, Node, distributed systems).

    • Track record of building mission-driven or ethically-conscious technology.

    • Desire to work in a lean, creative, and impact-focused environment.
